Cancellation Policy

This website (Site) is operated by Anytime Art, ABN 47302902150 (we, our or us). It is available at: https://anytimeart.com.au and may be available through other addresses or channels.

Booked service will be referred as an appointment.

Due to the hands-on nature and small size of all our classes and workshops, there is very limited space in all our classes. You must sign up for a class either online, in person, or by phone BEFORE a class to be guaranteed a spot. It’s best to sign up at least a few days before the class to ensure your spot. It also helps us properly plan for the class.

Anytime Art is committed to providing  exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. For these reasons we implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

Please let us know as soon as you can if for some reason you are not able to keep a scheduled appointment.

Full payment

Your registration for the appointment is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online or in person. We do not reserve your spot without payment.

An online confirmation email/ message will be sent to you at the time of the registration and payment. This email/ message serves as confirmation of your registration.

Confirm your appointment

We will contact you multiple times prior to your appointment by text, email and/or phone. You must reply to one of these contracts to confirm your appointment. Please note, that you can also leave us a voicemail if it is out of our business hours and you need to cancel, reschedule, or confirm. 

If you have not confirmed your appointment 48 hours prior, we reserve the right to reschedule you.

Fees

A cancellation or reschedule of any appointment requires a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled time, and no charges will be made.

Those who don’t call to reschedule/ cancel and don’t show up to the appointment will be charged 100% of the base price for the service(s) scheduled, and will be subject to removal from our schedule.

There are no monetary refunds for cancelling any appointment less then 48 hours prior to appointment. You can pass your appointment on to a friend/ family member, but we need to be notified of this change. 

A booked appointment can be rescheduled maximum of 3 times. The appointment expires after a 1 year from the purchase date.

No shows and late arrivals cannot reschedule. 

Group classes and programs

We reserve the right to cancel a class without sufficient enrolment. If this happens to you, you’ll be notified at least 2 full days before the class starts. You can choose to have the cost of the class fee fully refunded or it can be used for a future workshop or lesson.

We are not able to pro-rate any weeklong camps (school holidays) or program seasonal (school term) enrolments for non-attendance for one (or more) session.

Late arrivals

Please keep in mind that If you show up late for any lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your private/duet lesson and the instructor has not heard from you and does not have another lesson following yours, the instructor will leave the studio.

No shows and late arrivals cannot reschedule. 

Consent

By booking our services, you agree to the cancellation policy. Please read the cancellation policy carefully and immediately cease using our Site if you do not agree with them. 

The cancellation policy will be enforced, and It is a way for us to create a stress free schedule for all of our clients. Thank you for understanding. 

Anything left in our studio for more than 3 months (fabric, projects, sewing machines, tools, etc.) will be donated.
