Sustainable Sewing

Anytime Art has sustainability at its heart. We want to encourage others to be the positive change we wish to see in the world, starting with a sustainable sewing experience.

Mission

One of the missions of Anytime Art is to fulfil sustainable strategies towards environmentally responsible actions through extending curriculum. The curriculum includes information, often missed out in regular schooling set up. For instance, environmental problems, also how we can make conscious and low impact choices in everyday life. Even when enjoying our hobbies, such as sewing, we can make choices with a positive impact on our planet.

Sourcing materials

Anytime Art sewing supplies are mostly donated by the community, purchased from recycling centres or op shops. You will find a sustainable sewing experience and a large variety of unique materials not found anywhere else. Our mission is to save materials from going to waste in landfill and to renew their value by making something new and useful in the creative process.

If you would like to donate some stuff you don’t have a use for, please contact us and we’ll arrange drop off or pick up.
